Aalto Advisory Sdn Bhd is an independent investment banking firm licenced by the Securities Commission Malaysia to carry out the regulated activity of advising on corporate finance pursuant to the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 (“CMSA”).
Aalto Advisory Sdn Bhd is a licenced entity under the Capital Markets Services Licence (Licence No.: eCMSL/A0391/2023).
We are also a member of Association of Corporate Finance Advisers (ACFA) in Malaysia.
