Wan Badroel
- An investment banker with over 25 years experience, Mr Badroel was involved in debt & equity capital raising, mergers & acquisition and private equity investments. Mr Badroel has held various senior positions within investment banking and private equity.
- He was previously the Head of Debt Capital Markets at MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Berhad and Head of Investment Banking at Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad. In addition, he headed Muamalat Venture Sdn Bhd, the private equity arm of Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad.
- He also undertook various management responsibilities, including serving on executive committees and board of directors of subsidiaries and investee companies. He has served in some of the large banking groups as well as independent investment banking firms. Mr Wan graduated with MBA from UK.
Ahmad Danial
- Over 8 years working experience in corporate advisory, deal origination, structuring, corporate finance & assurance
- He served with PricewaterhouseCoopers Malaysia in assurance services
- He led a GLC strategy & investment team overseeing assets of more than RM1.2 billion
- He is an ACCA member – admitted in 2019 where he completed the examinations in 2015
